the fine line of FASHION

This one is an oldie that has just become new again!
Late last year I worked on some illustrations for the third issue of
beautiful UK publication, The Hub, which has just recently appeared on shelves.
You might remember the Couture series I worked on for issue two.

It was so lovely to work with them again on this piece entitled
"The Fine Line of Fashion"
which explores the relationship between art and fashion.
The brief itself was awesome:
Draw the pieces as though displayed in a gallery/museum space.
So, as you can see, we have sculpted, statuesque ladies modelling
Armani Privé Couture from the S/S 2011 collection:
I have so much fun working with The Hub.
I'm lucky to love so many of the jobs that I get to work on, but I have to confess
that no job is more exciting then one that involves illustrating Couture!

I hope you all had a great weekend.
